Booking conditions

The reservation of the rooms is subject to the payment of a deposit of at least 30% of the total amount.

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the contract and our general conditions below.

  • Check-in : between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please note, any early or late arrival must be the subject of a prior request to the owner.
  • Check-out : 11:00 a.m.
  • Balance of the stay : the balance of the stay must be paid during the check-in. Additional services (dinners, drinks, etc.) will be payable during check-out.
  • City tax : the room rate does not include the city tax of 0.61 € / night / person to be paid on site. What is the city tax ?
  • Breakfasts : breakfast is included in the price of the room. It is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the common dining room or on the terrace if the weather permits. Composed of fresh breads, jams, freshly squeezed fruit juices, homemade cakes or pastries, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, cheeses and cold meats.
  • Capacity : The booking is made for a specific number of people. The owner reserves the right to refuse any additional person. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of contract on the part of the owner, so that no refund of the deposit can be requested.
  • Baby equipment : We provide you with free equipment for your young children (bed, high chair, changing mat, etc.), on request from you when booking.
  • Swimming pool : internal rules are placed in the room. Please take note of it when you arrive.
  • Animals : For the well-being of our guests (allergies, fear, etc.), we do not accept our animal friends.
  • Respect for the house and other people. The client undertakes :
    • to respect the peaceful character of the place and to make good use of it. Thus, no meals will be served in the rooms. In addition, in a guesthouse, you will stay at the same time as other people. Community life is based on respect for others. So please be discreet from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
    • to return the rooms in good conditions
    • to report any damage for which he could be responsible and to assume the financial consequences (repairs, etc.).
    • not to smoke inside the house (common rooms and bedrooms). Ashtrays are available outside.

1- Cancellation by the customer before the start of the stay

All cancellations must be sent by email to the owner.

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start of the stay : the deposit will be returned to the customer
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay : the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the stay.
  • If the client does not appear before 8 p.m. on the scheduled day, the reservation becomes void and the owner can use his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the stay.

2- Shortened stay – Cancellation during the stay

In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

3- Cancellation by the owner

If the owner cancels the stay before the arrival date, he must inform the customer by email. The customer will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid.
